Why hasn't my order shipped yet?Updated 10 months ago

Our warehouse team is always working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you need to find out when your order will arrive, please take a look at your confirmation email.

If the estimated delivery date has passed and you haven't received your order, or if you can't find your confirmation email, just pop a message over to [email protected] so our team can help you out. 

If your order is scheduled for delivery today, tracking details are usually provided by 11am, but this can vary by location.

If your estimated delivery date hasn't passed yet, your order should be processing. You will get an email confirming your order shipment by 5:00pm the day before your order is due to arrive.
