What do I do if my order is damaged?Updated 2 months ago

We hope this won't be the case, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at [email protected] so we can assist you right away.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include the following images in your email:

  • The shipping label on the box
  • Damage to the item(s)
  • The inside of the box
  • The outside of the box

These images will allow us to assess the situation and provide a resolution more efficiently. If you require replacement tins, please let our customer service team know. If the damage is minimal and the paint is still usable, we’re happy to offer a partial refund to help prevent any waste.

Please note, due to rising parcel fraud, our courier requires us to provide documentary evidence for any claims of damage or loss. This is a process we are contractually obligated to follow. By sending us the requested images, you’ll be helping us address the issue swiftly and process your preferred resolution as quickly as possible.
