If you've only received part of your order, no need to worry! There can be a couple of reasons for this.
Dispatch Location
Does your order contain any items that come directly from the manufacturer?
These include items from the following brands:
- Holden
- Origin Murals & OhPopsi
- Laura Ashley/ Graham and Brown
- Pagazzi
- NMC
- Morris & Co/ Sanderson
If so, they will be sent separately and should arrive by your estimated delivery date 😀

Estimated Delivery Date
If your estimated delivery date is today or in the future, it's possible that your parcels have been split up at the depot. This can happen with larger orders, and everything should arrive by your estimated delivery date.
