I won't be in to receive my parcelUpdated a year ago

Your parcel will be shipped with DPD, which means you can request a safe place, neighbour, or collection from a local pickup shop if you won't be in to receive your order.

Simply log on to your DPD account and update your preferences to make these arrangements.

If you've chosen Royal Mail sample shipping, you won't get tracking updates, but don't worry, everything will still arrive by your estimated delivery date.

Please keep in mind that for certain items shipped from the manufacturer, tracking may not be available with DPD. For more info, feel free to check out our delivery page.
