For any high traffic areas that will need to be cleaned we would recommend checking out the following: 

The Leyland Hardwearing Acrylic Matt/ Eggshell 

Johnstones Acrylic Durable Matt/ Eggshell 

Zinsser AllClean

The main difference is the AllClean is also moisture resistant but isn’t suitable for woodwork. The Leyland and Johnstone’s can-do woodwork, and is available in eggshell and matt.
