How do I know which colour I have received?Updated 9 months ago

Hey therešŸ‘‹

Due to copyright restrictions we use alphanumeric codes instead of shade names on our designer colour-match labels. On your label, you'll find a 3 or 9-digit alpha code, followed by 3 numeric digits which should match the number code of the designer colour shade. If you're not sure which number corresponds to your colour match, you can Google the designer brand and colour name to find the number. If you're still not sure just drop us a message and we'll be happy to help you work it out.

If you have ordered a Voice of Colour shade with a PPG code (e.g..Ā PPG1000-1)Ā the code will be displayed on the labelĀ as well asĀ a colour name. The name can vary from UK to US version of the chartĀ butĀ the code will remain the same. We use the codes when mixing to ensure we mix the correct colour.Ā

If you have ordered from the palette picker on our website, these are often standard colours like RAL or British Standard. Both are coded colour systems, so the most important reference is the number. The British Standard number will be something like this: '00 A 01', and NCS will look like this: 'S 5005-R90b'. These references will be located on your confirmation email and on the tin label.

We hope this helps! If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out! 😊
